Orders Disclaimer:
The courier will try to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Ensure you are reachable and available to receive the order during these attempts. Any postponement, address change, or failure to pick up the order will count as an attempt.
Exchanges
- Clothing purchased from Xylowear can be exchanged for another size or color online within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact.
- Please note that for each exchange you will be charged your state's standard delivery fee.
- Fill the , once your exchange request is confirmed, our team will arrange for the delivery of your requested item.
- We do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards, or underwear products.
Refunds
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless there is an issue from our side .We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like boxers for hygienic reasons.
Discounted items can't be combined with gift cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
